Bus Information

Bus companies provide a dedicated and excellent transport system to students, with buses covering all regions around the College.  Regional bus companies transport students from Ballina, Casino, Coraki and Kyogle to Lismore where they interchange for their journey to Blue Hills College (BHC).  Parents have the security of knowing that their children are delivered right to the college campus and picked up from the campus at the end of the school day.

At the College, teachers and prefects are on duty to ensure student safety and to help direct student onto their allocated bus. While aboard the bus, appointed BHC bus monitors oversee student behaviour.

The Lismore City Council provides free transport services to all students in the Lismore/Ballina district. Bus pass application forms are available from the BHC office.  To find your bus route details, check the student travel planner here.

Blue Hills College Private Bus Service

BHC provides a bus service from Mullumbimby via Lennox Heads and Tintenbar. This service is reviewed on an annual basis. Please contact the College office for further details about this service.
